Your order will not be deemed accepted until Luxorbit confirms its acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before accepting your order. You must review your orders carefully before completing a purchase, as Luxorbit may be unable to process cancellation requests once an order is accepted. In the event that we reject, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You may return or exchange your purchase only in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchase is for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

We shall not be responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance processes, or events beyond our reasonable control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other third-party trademarks on the Services are the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS We may provide you with access to third-party customer tools which we neither monitor nor have any control or input over.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Luxorbit operates using Shopify technology to provide the Services. However, any purchase or transaction you make in our store is made directly with Luxorbit. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Luxorbit, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the purchase of products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or related to your purchase and transaction with Luxorbit.

14.4 Agents must: (i) declare that the request comes from an Agent by including "Agent/[agent name]" in the HTTP/HTTPS user-agent field; (ii) not mimic human interaction patterns or bypass CAPTCHAs; (iii) respond truthfully to verification queries; and (iv) not elude blocking or limiting measures.

SECTION 15 - TERMINATION We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at our sole discretion at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

SECTION 16 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The information within the Services is provided for general informational purposes only. TO the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. Note: If you reside in the European Union (including Germany), statutory consumer warranty rights remain fully unaffected by this section.

SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LUXORBIT, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, OR LICENSORS, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING PÉRDIDA DE BENEFICIOS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCUREMENT USING THE SERVICES. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (such as Germany), mandatory consumer protection regulations of your country of residence shall also apply.
